Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase within the guarantee (return) period, you may request a refund by contacting us at email@example.com. Once we receive your request, we will review it and if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to the nature of digital music technology, music sales are exempt from being returned and cannot be refunded. Any orders including music products will only be refunded the total less the total retail price of the included music product at the time of purchase. In the event a coupon was used on the order and would have been applicable to the music product, the discount will be applied to the retail price of the included music when calculating the refund amount.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, if you still have not received the refund, follow-up with your bank once more to confirm that transaction has not posted. There is very often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly work with you to identify if there are any issues in processing the refund on our side.
